Services Provided
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services on our Site.
The Following services are available on our Site:
* Exchange of Music in the form of Vinyl Records, CDs and DVDs.
* Applicants Sign up by Membership Application, and upon approval by MUSIC COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, become eligible to create a Vendor Storefront for the purposes of listing for sale, rare, live or unreleased music collectable on vinyl, CDs or DVDs to other Members, and does not give Members the right to retail these items to the public. Members enjoy the rights to buy and sell these home or hand-made music products amongst themselves.
* MUSIC COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION agrees to collect all payments made for orders through “Site” and redistribute proceeds to Vendors within a 7 business days of purchase of item by buyer, unless payment by Credit Card is delayed or stop payment is made or Paypal payment is requested to be returned to buyer.
* Members Pay Zero Listing Fees – 10% Final Value Fee on all Items Sold
* MUSIC COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION is a Private Membership Association and does not collect Sales Tax or any taxes nor require the collection of Sales Tax or any taxes between Members. Members are urged to do their own diligence when it comes to understanding laws as they relate to Income Taxes and Private Membership Associations. We have put together a page that can help with some legal definitions and citations.
* Vendor Members Agree to keep good standards of business practices, including, but not limited to; cordial communications with all members, desire and intent to resolve all disputes peacefully, without vulgar language or threats.
* Disputes are to be handled internally between Members with both Parties attempting to work things out between themselves. If resolutions cannot be made, both Parties agree to turn the matter over to Management Members of MUSIC COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION for Arbitration and Final Dispute Resolution. Lastly, members have access to tools including Feedback for all sales made.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any orders whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Refunds:
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for for services sold on our Site as follows:
* All Returns must be shipped within 14 days after delivery to customer. Buyer Pays Return Shipping Cost unless otherwise stated in terms by Vendor Member.
Consumer Protection Law
Consumer Protection Law does not apply to any sales made between members of MUSIC COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, utilizing the website or any of it’s tools or applications.

Our Site contains links to third party services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party website or service linkied to on our Site.
